Tithing
When you tithe, you’re trusting God with your finances.
Tithing is a biblical principle. God calls us to give the first 10% of our income back to Him. We’ve seen God provide abundantly in our church, and we know He will provide abundantly for you and your family when you put Him first in your finances. In fact, it’s the one area in the Bible where God tells you to test Him.
“Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this,” says the Lord Almighty, “and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that there will not be room enough to store it.” Malachi 3:10 NIV
Ways To Give
God tells us in His Word that He loves a cheerful giver, which is why we always want to create opportunities to give as He leads us and with a cheerful heart, through no obligation.
If you’re ready to give, you can do it online, in a service, or through a text message.
Online
It’s simple, secure and fast! Whether you’d like to give a single gift or schedule ongoing donations, you can do it all online, using your checking account, debit, or credit card.
Text
Giving is as easy as sending a text! To try it out, send OSCJennings plus the amount to 77977 (Example: OSCJennings 50). This new way of giving is not charged to your phone bill. You will receive a text confirming your gift. From here on out, you will be able to give anytime from anywhere with a text. AFTER THE FIRST TIME, IT’S EASY! Text the amount to 77977 (Example: 50).
Give During a Service
If you prefer, you can still give during one of our weekend services by filling out the envelope located inside the seat pockets and placing it in one of the offering containers. You can use this envelope to give by cash or check.
