What is the Dream Team?

The Dream Team is a group of incredible people that have discovered their gifts and passions and are actively serving in them. From creating a comfortable environment by serving on the First Impressions Team, to leading the next generation to Jesus by serving on the OSCKids Team, to crafting a dynamic experience with the Worship & Production Team — We can never do all we are called to do as a church without you. By joining our Dream Team, you’ll connect with your purpose and help us make a difference.

At OSC, we believe that serving is one of the ways people connect to our mission of reaching people and building lives. We’ve found that it not only gives people an opportunity to use their gifts, it also connects them relationally to the community around them.

Join the Dream Team

If you’d like to serve, we’ll help find the Dream Team that’s best for you. To begin, simply sign up for our Next Step Class. You’ll discover your unique gifts with a fun personal assessment and we will present a variety of opportunities and ministries to serve the church and the community.
