Our mission to New York City, will be in partnership with Time Square Church’s Kids ministry and Outreach departments. This mission will include lots of Children’s ministry and sports activities well as some street evangelism, sharing of testimonies, the gospel and general conversational connecting with new people concerning the objectives of our mission. Activities might include:1. Serving at TSC kids summer camp.2. Community outreaches through food distribution, prayer and sharing of testimonies in NYC inner city.3. Street outreach to inner city kids ministry programs.
DescriptionWe will be there during peak Summer and temperatures can reach the upper 80’s lower 90’s. Rain is always a possibility. Come prepared to be ACTIVE. This outreach will require a LOT of active participation and a LOT of walking, catching subways and walking from train stations to certain destinations. There will be very little indoor activities as it relates to Sunday kids ministry experiences.

TEAM MEMBER QUALIFICATIONS:
- Great positive attitudes.
- Ability to endure uncomfortable situations.
- Physical ability to walk around and be outside.
- Willingness to learn how to converse with strangers about faith.
- Flexible approach to the possibility of changing plans.
- Minimum age is 13 – all minors have to be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
- Member of OSC.
